WENT TO SOUTH OF THE BORDER

On our last tour we stopped at Pedro's South of the Border which is the best tourist trap ever. It is just south of the North Carolina/South Carolina border. There are many things to do there including (but not limited to) shopping for fireworks and assorted cheap crap.

If you've driven past Pedro's on Route 95 you know that there are billboards advertising South of the Border at least every mile, if not more, for 60 miles in either direction. Most billboards have cute pictures of Pedro saying funny things:

Once we got there, we bought some cheap crap (Auto Bingo) and James and I bravely ate lunch there - Chili Dogs and Icehouse. Yum.
